What do you usually drink when you need to focus (or wake up)?

@rgggn Water can do amazing things first thing in the morning! Coffee is good for the first 30 minutes then I have such a crash, I want to sleep for 2 hours. I now only drink decaf with some plant milk.

Water is also good because you can make it taste as you like, sweet, sour. It also helps with hunger in the long run.
